Workshop Series
DISCOVER YOUR WAY is a series of workshops available to members of THE LEADER'S WAY community. Each workshop aims to increase your self-awareness and dive deeper into what influences your approach to leadership.
As a member of THE LEADER'S WAY, you can attend as many or as few of these workshops as you like, in any order, starting at any time. We encourage you to consider which topics are most relevant to your current leadership challenges and to your ongoing development, and start with those.
What can you expect to learn?
The DISCOVER YOUR WAY Workshop Series is all about you - your strengths, values, beliefs; and how these things inform your leadership. If you choose to attend all of the workshops in the series, here are some of the outcomes you can expect:
